Brass Lessons Overview
Our brass instructors teach you engaging and fun repertoire while building a strong foundation for technique and development of tone. Students can grow musically by learning repertoire that can include works from Baroque through Modern music as well as orchestral excerpts. Lessons are tailored to meet the needs of each individual student and include technique, ear training, sight reading, and music theory if desired.
Woodwind Lessons Overview
For all woodwind instruments, we teach a mixture of methods
with emphasis on reading music, handling and care of the instrument and learning a repertoire appealing to the student.
Although we utilize method books to structure lessons, we also allow the student to choose the type of music they want to learn to play. We feel you can learn your instrument from the music of Disney or Broadway Musicals just as effectively as you can from Bach, Beethoven or Brahms!
